Turn every speaker into a pre-event hype machine

Your speakers already have the audience you're paying to reach. We record 30 minutes with each of them, cut the clips, and write the posts — so all they have to do is hit publish.

What organizers say
“We’ve been really impressed with Outworks. The entire process has been smooth and professional, and their team is incredibly responsive. What stood out most was their ability to pull authentic stories and insights from our speakers and turn them into content that feels personal and valuable — not like an advertisement. The variety of content has been fantastic, and the team has a real talent for finding those nuggets that make each person’s story worth listening to.”

“Outworks felt like a true strategic partner from day one — they understood what we were trying to accomplish and made the entire process seamless for our busy speakers, while still pulling out the insights needed to create great content. Their team was easy to work with, highly creative, and most importantly, the content delivered measurable results by helping drive the right audience to our event.”

What your speakers post

One interview per speaker. Multiple social posts. Your event, in their voice.

Vertical clips for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, plus X threads, quote graphics, and written posts — all branded for your event, in their voice, ready to publish the day you approve.

The problem

The biggest audience your event isn't reaching is your speakers'

Your roster is full of people with their own followings. The roster isn't the asset. What they say to their audience is. Right now, they're saying nothing.

Your speakers don't promote your event

Every conference, annual meeting, and customer summit puts 20, 40, sometimes 100 people on stage — your execs, your customers, your partners, your sponsors. Each with their own audience, their own LinkedIn following, their own credibility. That's a massive untapped marketing asset sitting right in front of you, untouched.

They won't do it on their own

Speakers are busy. They don't have the time or a content team. Best case, they repost something you made. They're not going to write a hook or cut a clip. We give each speaker 3-4 ready-to-share pieces on a release schedule, so promoting your event takes them 30 seconds, not 3 hours.

The math

One speaker with 5,000 followers beats most paid event ads

Multiply that across your whole lineup. The reach you've been paying for is already sitting on your roster, unactivated — and the posts that land are exactly what you'd want to put paid behind.

Two ways to run it

Pre-event hype. Post-event reach. Or both.

Pre-event hype is the main play. Your speakers do the heavy lifting promoting the event. Post-event stacks on top, turning a single event into months of organic reach.

The data layer

Likes aren't the outcome. Names are.

Anyone can tell you the posts did well. We tell you who reacted to them, whether they registered, whether they actually walked in — and hand your team the outreach lists that fall out of the gap. Every engagement we run ends with this report.

Step 01

Pull the stats from every post

Reactions, comments, and modeled reach on every post we ship, per post and per account. Not one blended number — you see which speaker and which angle actually moved.

Step 02

Capture every engagement

Every person who reacted or commented, by profile. Not an anonymous count. Deduped across posts, company accounts stripped out, promoters flagged separately from prospects.

Step 03

Match them to your event list

Cross-referenced against your registrations and attendance. Who engaged and came. Who registered, promoted it, and no-showed. Who engaged and never registered at all.

Step 04

Build the outreach campaigns

Segmented lists with the angle and the channel already decided — next-event ticket sales, membership and account expansion, sponsor and partner renewals. We'll write the sequences too.

The process

Your job is sending a list. Our job is everything else.

You send the speaker list and a warm intro if you have one. We handle scheduling, recording, questions, content, approvals, and follow-up. Speakers get content. The event gets content. You stay out of the weeds.

Step 01
You

Send the speaker list + event details

Names, titles, session topics, event date. A warm intro to each speaker if you have it. We take it from there.

Step 02
Outworks

We handle every speaker, start to finish

Outreach, scheduling, prep, questions, recording. We run the interview. No work on your end, no work on theirs.

Step 03
Outworks

We produce both content packages

Event brand content + individual speaker packages. All publish-ready. We follow up with each speaker for approval.

Step 04
You + Speakers

Review, approve, publish

Light review on your end. Each speaker approves their personal kit. You post from your channels, speakers post from theirs. Coordinated launch.

Step 05
Outworks

Report the data, hand you the lists

We track every post, match the engagers to your registration and attendance lists, and deliver the segmented outreach campaigns that come out of it.

Who it's for

Built for organizers who curated a serious lineup

If you spent months locking in speakers people actually follow, this is for you. If you're booking warm bodies to fill a slot, it's not. It works the same whether you sell tickets, recruit members, or fly your customers in on your own dime.

A fit if you're

  • Running a B2B conference, summit, or association annual meeting
  • Or a company hosting its own customer, partner, or user event
  • Curating speakers your audience follows — a few marquee names or a 50-speaker roster
  • Looking to drive registrations 4–12 weeks out
  • Want polished event brand content for your channels too
  • Want to know who engaged and who converted, not just a reach number
  • Have a marketing team that can post (we handle production)

Not a fit if you're

  • Running an event in less than 3 weeks
  • Running an internal-only event with nothing public to promote
  • Speakers with no real audience to activate
  • Speakers who won't engage on social (we screen this in scoping)
  • Expecting guaranteed attendance or specific reach numbers
  • Looking for a generic content agency, not an event-specific play

FAQ

Common questions

If something isn't here, ask on the call.

How is this different from hiring a content agency?

Generic content agencies write for your brand. We write for your speakers AND your brand. The speaker package is the unlock. The reach compounds because every speaker becomes a distribution channel, not because we publish more on your channels.

We're a company, not a conference organizer. Does this work for our customer event?

Same play. Instead of selling tickets you're filling seats at your own customer, partner, or user summit — and the roster is your execs, your customers, your partners, and your sponsors, all of whom have audiences. The data side matters more here, not less: most of the people engaging are already in your CRM, so the matching tells your account teams exactly which customers leaned in and never registered.

What's in the engagement report?

Reactions, comments, and modeled reach for every post, per post and per account. Every person who reacted or commented, deduped by profile, matched against your registration and attendance lists. Then the segmented outreach campaigns that come out of it — engaged no-shows, engaged-but-never-registered, declined, plus a per-sponsor reach recap for renewals. There's a full worked example at the sample report.

Where does the engagement data come from?

Public LinkedIn engagement — reactions and comments are visible to anyone who opens the post — matched against the registration and attendance list you already own. No purchased lists, no private data, nothing you couldn't collect yourself with enough hours. We just do it systematically and reconcile the two sides.

How far in advance do we need to start?

Ideal window is 6–12 weeks before your event. That gives us time to interview every speaker, produce both packages, get approvals, and run a coordinated launch on a real cadence. We can compress to 3–4 weeks if needed, but the reach math gets weaker the closer you push it.

What if some speakers don't want to do an interview?

Most do once they see what's in it for them (free professional content, audience growth, zero prep). We handle the outreach and framing. For the rare opt-out, we work with you on alternatives. Sometimes their existing footage works, sometimes we skip them. We screen the lineup for engagement risk in scoping.

Who owns the content?

You do, for the event brand content. Speakers own their personal package. Both parties get full rights to publish and repurpose. We don't gate or watermark anything.

What does this cost?

Scoped to your speaker count. Per-speaker pricing makes it scale with the lineup. A 25-speaker event is straightforward. A 100-speaker conference is a bigger engagement. We'll quote the specific scope on the call. The math typically pencils out at a fraction of a single sponsorship.

What if our event is virtual or hybrid?

Works either way. We're remote-first. The speaker interviews happen on video calls regardless of event format. If anything, virtual events benefit more from this because you're competing harder for attention.

Do you handle distribution too?

We produce. Your team distributes from your channels, speakers distribute from theirs. We give everyone publish-ready files and a recommended cadence. If you want fully-managed distribution, we can scope that as an add-on.

Can we see examples?

Start with the sample engagement report — real structure and real figures from a past engagement, with the event and every name changed. For the content itself, we'll walk through past event work on the call (some pieces are NDA-restricted, but we can show the formats and outcomes).
